This tutorial will show you how to open Utorrent port. If you open Utorrent port you will increase your download speed. Increasing the download speed only works if your ports are closed and you feel that you have a slow connection to Utorrent.
The port that µTorrent uses is at Options>Preferences>Connection
The port number in your µTorrent should be entered at the port test site.
The Randomize port each start option should be disabled as this could affect router and firewall settings and rarely serves any useful purpose.

1. Go to the Control Panel and click System and Security (see below).
2. In the resulting window, click Windows Firewall.
3. In the Windows Firewall window, click Advanced Settings on the left pane.
Note: You must be logged in as an Administrator to make changes to the Firewall Settings.
4. You should see a window titled Windows Firewall with Advanced Security. In this window, click Inbound Rules (see below)
5. On the right pane, you will see an option for a New Rule. Click it.
Choose Port and click next
Choose the Type TCP, choose Specific port and type 433.
Choose Allow Connection and click next.
Repeat those steps but change the port type to UDP
Create two out bounded rules with the same way and the Same Settings.
